Yes, this winding issue is not uncommon amongst all micro-rotored movements! If the watch was relatively new, the store should've just provided you with a replacement of a new watch!

Steel looks great. I looked at the titanium recently - very well done Brutalism....but not for me as it looks just like it does in the pictures and nothing more.

For me, the titanium version is a beautiful piece of art, but it may be a bit too much for me for daily wear. The 100m WR with the steel, with only slightly more thickness, is easily worth it! Not only is it running with no problems, whoever regulated it ... 

I have an older titanium model that runs very well. But on days when I am not full of activity, I sometimes take the watch off to give it a few extra winds. Wonderfull creation that Octo Finissimo series. GEO

Before, on a normal day, it would die about midnight. Now it makes it through the night, at the very least.
