Welcome back!
My OF, which I enjoy very much, and it replaced my Patek Philippe as my daily watch, does suffer from bad winding. Sometimes I'll have a very active day, walking 20,000 steps in one day, and overnight, the watch will stop. This isn't that uncommon, as my Patek Philippe with the micro rotor doesn't build the power reserve very consistently neither. I haven't timed my accuracy. And my second hand doesn't stutter. Hopefully yours has no more problems. Mine doesn't have a screw down crown, so a few quick winds will set it off again. But yours would require the extra steps of unscrewing the crown and securing the crown after winding.
Were you pleased overall with the service? Keep us posted? No damage to the watch? No scratches? They didn't polish it I hope!
