Unfortunate you had an issue off the bat. I have had a couple watches come to me with issue. Two were taken back and exchanged. The third was a breitling I got at boutique who refused to take it back or exchange even though it had a mechanical issue upon receipt. Then I begrudgingly accepted them doing warranty work and it came back with the case with many scratches. I called the boutique they said nothing to do but polish - well I paid for new watch. The worst part was I called their customer service they said they can't do anything , it is in the hands of the boutique. I asked to speak with manager, she said she was. I said you are okay with your own boutique providing me with terrible service, broken product and no one stands by this. No one cares about the product or customer service experience? She said yes! I said thanks for nothing, and hung up. I was going to go on all the websites and social media and blast them. Then thought I have better things to do with my time. I sold the watch to a reseller (first time ever selling a watch), took a 2k loss, will never buy breitling again 🤣
