I have never owned a Breguet but would love to own that 5177 of yours!

Fantastic post and, honestly, I am really THRILLED at how Breguet handled this (and they have not changed their standards). Well done and doing the digging and homework. I really respect this kind of behaviour, which is oh so rare in the world. Bravo!!!

The current approach to debunk is actually as flawed as to ask an accused if they committed the crime. "I asked Breguet and they said nothing’s changed”…. The best outcome should be that Breguet considers there may have been a slip up and pieces went out ...

.. If somebody asked me about about actual finishing of the basic Breguet movements I would say, hmm I remember that they lowered quality of some finishings, there was something about it at forum 😢 That is how myths are born.

Being a big fan of the Breguet watches this was very informative and also highlights the professional attitude of the brand towards its customers ...and its standards.

I, too, was heartened by Breguet's care in their response, as well as their commitment to their standards.

Here's a photo of a blue enamel 5177bb, mine. It has interior angles and, obviously to an acute observer, post-dates the video Tim used for a screenshot which uses a prototype model and came out with the introduction of the blue enamel 5177. I'm not sure ...

I have met Dr Mao, and I think he'd be entertained. Tim's argument is poor, it's simple (to be fair, it's literally an IG post), and it's been debunked with evidence that includes pictures. I don't think the purpose of WPS is to revere former members. WPS...
