All of them are rare experiences today. Perhaps a Mazda MX-5 can join this list at a lower price point. An early 2000s Cayman S also is a great drive with a manual transmission, but even then, we're looking back two decades to seek the elusive qualities of driver engagement and light weight.

The Dino is absolutely a phenomenal car, but alas I prefer my Ferrari's in V8 or V12 variants not V6 - just a matter of preference for me!
Now if someone were looking to daily drive a Ferrari then V6 would probably be the better choice to be fair.
I have a few acquaintances who do own vintage sports cars...V6 is not bad to daily drive if you can do some maintenance items yourself.
V8/V12 vintage sports cars and daily drive are dangerous terms unless you relish spending country club dues on monthly service costs.
