Would you want to ADD 100-200 kg to your Alpine? I think not.
My friend Dale bought a Viper then spent another $100k on upgrades and lightening it. So perhaps I’m spoiled. It’s just not a calm & refined car; it’s a beast. Like the original Shelby Cobra.

But the final one always an incredibly capable and rapid (on a track) super car. Quite a feat and quite a car.

Used to see them
rather frequently, not so much anymore. There are still a few around where I live, they come out on a nice day to drive through the park, or go to the Plaza.

on my computer, a game called Need For Speed on Amiga 500. This was my favorite car, 7.9 liters of pure torque, it was reaally hard to keep the car straight. Should be fun to drive one for real.
