Well done! You did your homework. I much prefer this version of the 15202ST as well (although I prefer the white dial, and the Jubilee 14802ST would be even better).
Yes because the movement is still installed into the case using the bottom aperture. The only separate parts that attach to the case would be the bezel, gasket, and caseback (open or closed). That is the same as the original 5402.
