WristScan November 22d - 24th of November session. The theme: Old loves. It is now!

Nov 22, 2019,01:18 AM

That is a bit painful for me, because I realized that I sold or traded my oldest horological loves.

Such as my first serious watch, a Rolex GMT MASTER 16700 from 1997.

Or my first Daytona, which I got in 1999 and sold in 2004, then rebought in 2009.

The list is long.

Now, those which are still with me.

The oldest in my collection is the Breguet Type XX Salmon dial: 15 years and a half with me. The Ulysse Nardin Sonata, 15 years and 4 months, and the Patek 5110P which has just turned 15.

I did realize that I let much more rarely go these old companions, now.

They are a part of my life, and you wouldn't like to let a part of your life go, would you?

So, here a small selection of old loves of mines:

All more than 10 years with me.

What about you, gentlemen?

Best,

Nicolas
