And always admire your so fine taste finding the best strap combo for your watches adding to the joy of owning and wearing them. You say: "What we do for our dreams" and I can easily understand what you mean. I make your words mine! Lol!
All watches are beautiful but I feel the VC Prestige de la France is some kind of your signature watch.
I´m happy to know you have fulfilled most of your dreams... but collectors keep dreaming all the time and this is part of the charm of our hobby.

I had a DateJust and enjoyed it for many years, finally trading it for a Submariner. I wish I still had it. Maybe time to find another one. Which Cartier tank are you dreaming about ?

Really considering giving the quartz version a try. The Santos does creep into my head every once in a while, but I think I'll follow my heart and go with the tank. Don't want to trade anything for it so I'll keep what I have and just add the Cartier.
Not 100% sure on the quartz choice yet
but leaning that way. Only person that would know is me. All my others are automatic or manual and I haven't had a quartz watch since I was a kid, may give it a try.
