I own the platinum with slate dial and it winds with no sound like yours. I had another Traditionnelle, much older edition which i traded in the VC program with watchfinder, and it was totally different and loud. I don't think this is a problem but if you are concerned you could call your sales rep and discuss it.

Congrats first of all on your new piece. You’re right, the 4500 AS movement doesn’t make any noise when wound apart from the dial back when crown is released, or resistance when fully wound. It’s totally normal. Enjoy it.
