My opinion
Depending on the rest of your collection:
1. if you want something to enjoy now, the overseas dual time is quite cool
2. if you want something that would still put a smile on your face in decades, the CdV is the way to go
A wild card would be a Historiques chrono in platinum (black or salmon dial!)

The Cornes de Vache or 1921
Both extraordinary pieces that so well sum up VC‘s qualities and capabilities. As Nico said, if you go for the 1921 you may want to wait what VC announces for the 100th anniversary. Cheers, Daniel

You started with the right one for me
There are a number of watches I like here, but the steel Cornes de Vache is the only one I LOVE.
Same for me.
All great options but the Comes de Vache grabs me like no other listed so far. Monochromatic beauty, a touch of blue along with that very easy on the eyes manual wind movement. Yes please!
The Cornes de Vaches and the Overseas GMT are always in my mind too (but I already have the 1921).

I'd probably go with the ultra-fine 1955, the 36mm automatic patrimony, or the 37mm overseas

That's not to say the other options don't have their merits. They all do. My choice is just a reflection of where I am in my collecting, and my sensibilities draw me to the CdV. I'm sure you'll make the choice that makes sense for you. Best regards.
