I've been trying to trade my RG Lange 1815 Up & Down for either one of the VC Les Historiques chronos and no cigar :-( IMHO I find these dress chronographs to be on par with a Patek 5070 at about one third the cost of the Patek 5070.

… now you make me want a cigar 😂 It’s very different from a 5070 in style, but if you‘d ask me which one is better, I wouldn’t have an answer. Love the CdV a lot. It’s as versatile as it is elegant and classy. Here’s her backside, for your visual pleasure...  

I knew it had to be platinum as it's the only white metal that these VC chronos were made. Now those movements are simply a thing of beauty Wear in good health for decades to come.
