It's twice as high as they have piled on the thicker slices of pastrami. The rye bread is very flavorful with the outside edge crust very crunchy and tasty. The mustard served also adds to the overall experience. I didn't take a pic at Carnegie Deli as it was hard to eat and very messy.
In the UK, they use grated cheese instead of slices?
