Hello Jed! I haven't tried Brent's in the Valley but I'm out there a lot. Jerry's and Art's on Ventura Blvd are the only two I have been to as Jerry's is open 24 hrs. Does Brent's cure their own pastrami? I must add them to my 'Gotta Eat There" list! -MW
