Cant forget Arry's in Montebello CA!
I think Art place is Arry's on Whittier Blvd. in Montebello, CA. Ive been going there for over 20 years, and Art has been going there for longer I believe. If you like chili fries, this is the place as well. Ming you are 100% correct when you talk about the chili fries at the Hat. Juliana and I crave them right now in NY.
