of course it is worth a trip back simply for this sandwich!!
I wouldn't steer you wrong! Any Parisian who as been there will testify.
They skillet-fry the pommes-de-terres (I believe).....add marinated aubergine (eggplant);
The sandwich is then put in the press.......its magnificent.
