We had people who drove up to the event and luckily It's a long holiday weekend so traffic was not bad. The weather has cooled down quite a bit so it was great timing. You'll have to visit us in L.A. for a GTG Alex! -MW

One of our favorite pubs in the French Quarter back in the later 1980s was Ryan 700 Irish Pub. After closing up shop on Bourbon Street, we would go next door to Ryans; the place was always packed. Sounds like you had a great time. Helen

When I was in school down in Arizona, we had fantastic (and authentic) Mexican food. Will definitely have to visit you, hopefully in the near future and share a meal. Alex, what's your favorite local restaurant? -MW

I guess it depends on what I am in the mood for. But for now, I´m gonna have to say that it is a seafood restaurant not to far from my house. The methods and the recipes are simple, but the food is always fresh. Besides that, it is consistently good every...

But of course, you have to stay anonymous till the game's over, or until I'm out, so I don't lose my edge. Can you imagine, some of these tournaments are so big that if you place within last standing 1000 you win several thousand dollars? lol... How's And...

Andy, Those slot machines are fun but also addictive. If you can find a medium size Texas HoldEm Tournament, buy into that. It's a one time fee, takes skill, keeps you busy and away from the slot machines. lol... Also don't forget all the great shows in L... 

Its safe to say I'll be back.....in fact i think IGOTT 2 should be here and forever more..!! Will fill you in on my shows, food, and good times in due course....only 1 more day left so off downstairs again..!! The tables are to scary for a beginner so you... 

Andy, I use to play five times a week. My boyfriend and I were always at the top. It's fun having other players see you at the table and ask to be moved or hear someone say, 'she scare me.' lol. It's fun but Al became a bit too possessive and we broke up,... 

Sorry to hear that hon :( I was watching a couple of tables on Fri night and it did look VERY intense....it would be really cool for players to avoid you as they know your awesome reputation, look forward to you kicking my ass...ha ha. ! I had one last go... 

I played the wheel years ago and am happy to say it's not for me. Please let me unravel the notion that I'm a great player. The people I play against have as much skill as myself, the only difference is the cards one is dealt. Sure I took risks but, every...

This first shot is interesting; it shows everyone either videotaping, flashing photo's or looking at their cell phone during the show. That's a real eye opener. I wonder if that's distracting to performers. Glad you had fun. Can hardly wait for your next ... 

I hadn't noticed that....I guess I was looking elsewhere..!! ;) Awesome show and would def recommend even if your not a big Britney fan....next time I'll get a seat further back in the stalls to get a better overall view of the whole show and not just Bri...

One may even accompany me to a GTG. When I mentioned about possibly going to a Watch GTG in Santa Monica, she rattled off all the top brands listed on the forum. My jaw dropped. Are you playing poker in a league or just like to gamble? Did you get enough ... 

and I can safely say I didn't go hungry....ha ha The Socal guys kept me informed of where to go and took me to some incredible places which the standard tourist would never have found. I'm def not a big gambler because I'm a scientist by profession with a...
