( Of course the next day, I was so sore that it hurt to blink! ) LOL!

I will say mine was off to a rocky start. Going much better now!

Next time this one? ...  

I think I'll stick to Devils Tower for now (Difficulty 5.7-5.8) Pico Cao Grande, Sao Tome e Principe is Graded 5.13d...waaay beyond my skillset!

Congratulations, that’s one hell of a climb. Last time I saw that mountain was in close encounters of the third kind. Don’t suppose you noticed anything strange up there.

Seriously though, congratulations once again.

Also strong your daughters are adventures. I am more a tourist who want to sit on a terrace and enjoy the new luxury watch i bought in a boutique. Lazy mixed with cultural interests.

Then it really was the BEST thing you ever did. I have a few achievements like that and they have stayed with me forever. More importantly your daughter will share these memories with her grandchildren one day! Congratulations to both of you!

The funny part is that I didn't START rock climbing until last year. Sure, I've done skydiving, scuba, kayaking, etc. ...this is the NEXT chapter!

At least your midlife crisis involves exercise which is healthy-just don't fall that might be bad.
