. . . aka Rovermark passed away a week ago. He was an active member of this community for several years, although not so much in the recent past. He was, however, a regular attendee of our So Cal alphabet soup gang gatherings, and his interest in horology...  

As for Mark, My belief is in our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. Heaven is the Destination, God Bless you Mark!

I never knew him but if we can ever hope to achieve a measure of immortality, it is through the words and memories of those who knew us. It sounds like he was a wonderful person. Taken too soon. Sad day!

Mark and I hit it off at our first meeting. He was fortunate to have earned a fair chunk of money and had enough time to indulge his interests. If I remember correctly he didn't drink alcohol or eat meat, so didn't dive into the richest ends of the culina...  

Absolute gentleman. It was a pleasure to have known you briefly, always great to chat watches, cars and everyday life. RIP.

He was true gentleman and a patron of the horological arts. May his soul rest in peace and we celebrate his life everyday here on the site talking about what he loved dearly. Bill
