Japanese crab

 

I tried Japanese snow crab in Nagoya. You eat the leg raw with wasabi. Yummy. Then you boil the body (sukiyaki) mix with other vegetables. After that you use the leftover soup to boil a porridge. Now the soup is so sweet with crab & vegetables flavor, it makes the best porridge I've ever eaten. To top it off, drink cold sake smile I got to do this every February. Am I lucky or what?
