One other thing, I've seen Tim Mosso's recent video on the 8-day Spring Drive series and wanted to add that the mountain-shaped bridge is definitely Mt Fuji! I cannot be certain that you can see Fuji from the Seiko Epson building in Shiojiri, but it is certainly viewable from the surrounding area (Google for images of Mt. Fuji from Lake Suwa).
For my watch specifically, https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/A_View_of_Mount_Fuji_Across_Lake_Suwa was referenced in the design pitch for the association of Lake Suwa on the dial and Fuji on the movement.

But think the bespoke process is quite intricate and complicated to arrange from a long distance considering the many personalizations being made… and perhaps they do not have the resources to do so…
