While waiting, I actually bought a few other Grand Seiko's. The SBGM027 has long gone because it is too shiny for me. The SBGR061 is still with me because I just love its simplicity and I think that's also the reason why I still love the SBGW033 after tho...

What a lovely watch! I'm not a big fan of the block SEIKO logo and this Grand Seiko in embossed script is far, far nicer. Great case, hands (that blued second hand is yummy!) applied indicators, etc - and there isn't any pesky date aperture - fabulous! On...
