What a post!
Thoroughly enjoyed reading this. By the time I was old enough to buy my own flight tickets, Pan Am had ceased to exist, still it brought back memories of when we all knew of Pan Am and the bringing of worlds closer made possible by it...we also took pride in being able to draw the nicest and most accurate logo as young boys. Thanks for the nostalgic trip, and the drooling over those magnificent travel Rolexes.

The diversity of the GMT collection is totally under estimated.

What I love about not just this post, but the entire Pan Am trilogy is the fact that it is so much a journey. From the tickets to the ashtrays. The GMT is, of course, a central part of that journey but its journey is made so much richer by the accompanyin...
