Rolex Tudor submariner 7021/0 the twin to the Rolex 1680
The Rolex Tudor 7021/0 was introduced around 1968 as a replacement to the 7928. This coincides wilt the beginning of the rolex 1680. Tudor the time started to use the ETA movement a workhorse that has stood the test of time. At the same ( as noted by Nico the order was 7016 followed by 7021) time Rolex Tudor also introduced the 7016 which was the no date version. There is a lot to love with the Tudor Submariner. The red black roulette date wheel and the tall top hat crystal tropic 125. This 1968 unpolished watch is also very special as it comes from the original serviced once around ten years ago. It still has the original bracelet Rolex 9315 folded link with 380 end links.
These blue dial where rumored to have replaced where sold along side the black dials, however the black dials suffered from deterioration quite often.
