Personaly...
I would not like a 1675 with a gilt dial (pre 1967) and a big GMT hand.
It makes pretty much sense to me that Rolex changed the style of the arrow hand when they changed the style of dial.
Just my 0.02 cts....and most of the time it is very hard to determine if a hand is original to a watch.

I think ser# tells us when it was produced, i never saw square crown guards before ser. 1.1Mln. Do you think thhey produced that all before 1960? I don't think so... or did you work in Rolex those years???
