From my understanding and my experience...
All the "corninos" (the first 1675) had glossy dial, small arrow hand and 1560 movement (circa 1959).
From 1962 till mid 66 the "standard" case replaces the "cornino" one but keeping the glossy dial and small hand.
From mid 66 the new 1570 movement replaces the previous one (1570), keeping the glossy dial but changing to the big arrow hand.
From the end of 1967 the matte dial replaces the glossy, that the config till the end of the 1675 at the beginning of 80ies.
So, in my opinion:
+ No cornino has big 24h hand
+ A glossy or gilt dial in a non-cornino case can be with small or big 24h hand (in 1966 or 1967)
+ No matte has a small hand
But this is just my opinion...
Hope this helps

I would not like a 1675 with a gilt dial (pre 1967) and a big GMT hand. It makes pretty much sense to me that Rolex changed the style of the arrow hand when they changed the style of dial. Just my 0.02 cts....and most of the time it is very hard to determ...
