It is quite unfortunate that fakes exist to begin with.. it goes against the foundation of appreciating a quality, hand-crafted item whatever it may be. Regardless, I regretfully agree with the logic employed here; and hope to at some point see these novelties beyond a stock photo.
Thank you Andrew, for posting the details; although my mind has not been wavered as to the RM I would like to acquire, I do appreciate the new offerings in all their glory.
I really like the NTPT treatment on the RM11, and agree it looks somewhat cluttered when used in the context of the RM35. Maybe used with something a bit less busy it will be a winner?
Shocking to hear a Skull was actually passed off.. that is scary indeed. One can never be too careful!

Why did RM go to the SIHH?
If the people can not take some pictures what's the purpose? It's ridiculous that it's forbidden taking pictures in order to prevent the fakes' manufacturing. Is really so easy to built a Papiìs movement? Of course not.....and i've my own thoughts!

Errr - no -- it is 5000G. I know they tested the original

That's a fake, all the 52's ( as far as I am aware ) have hollowed out case openings,as below, little bits of that one look wrong to me also, but hard to be exact when the pic is not very good quality when blowing it up ...

I guess it is more difficult to make the holes in the ceramic but I prefer them on the Ti version.
