I’m using one and experimenting with cropping. The recent images posted here were taken with the Q3 and cropped, then I applied Denoise software as the ISO was 3200 and above. So a double stress test. I like the results but will keep experimenting and tweaking.

Agree with you 100%.. in my eyes, it takes a 60mp mf sensor to get close to a 24mp mono cam..

3200 is fine
6400 is fine. It’s only when you go to 12800, or you need to crop images severely that you need denoise when above 3200. As I said when the image is cropped to approx 18MP and is at 3200 ISO or higher do you need denoise. I might add some of the B&W image...

I’m with you on 100mp being overkill! I have big prints from the m246 and use that as basis for determining that i’m ok with my current cameras. At some point, we have to say basta! Lovin’ that last bridge pic. Where were you standing to take that?
