3200 is fine
6400 is fine. It’s only when you go to 12800, or you need to crop images severely that you need denoise when above 3200. As I said when the image is cropped to approx 18MP and is at 3200 ISO or higher do you need denoise.
I might add some of the B&W images were shot on a CL and others on a DL-109.
