Thanks for commenting Filip :-) While I personally find these (specific) "haute joaillerie" versions of existing models to be totally unmatched combinations of jewelry and horology, I agree that, almost by definition, they cannot be for everyone! ;-)

Those are completely mesmerizing.

You could definitely be right in your analysis --- we are speaking of such a rarefied group of collectors here (especially when it comes to the 6300) that it's difficult to make general statements...

I seriously think they are *spectacular* pieces, for me the red in particular must be something breathtaking on the wrist! The only thing honestly needed to be considered is the $348k vs. the $211k for the "standard" 5270P ;-)

My strange logic...

The fur inside of a coat is a touch of class, while personally I wear it rarely (often in winter I just go for big cashmere scarves), it can look REALLY elegant on a man who can wear it! :-)

Beautiful buckle!

That is another real beauty of a buckle (and of a watch in general, especially the case back!), also featuring hand-engraving as the marvelous Rare Handcraft technique on display....that buckle is G rather than P, but an equally amazing job! :-)

Correct, the whole 5160G, hence including the buckle, is in G gold (of course easier to work with than P, but this definitely doesn't detract anything from its spectacular details! ;-)
