There are only four Patek Philippe watch models
that both the current Mrs MTF and I like but we only have two of them.
Your World Time 5110P is one of the two 'missing' models and the other is an impossible-to-obtain limited edition Geneva-boutique only Chronograph in Officer's Case (who can remember the reference number?)

I should have got one about the same time as you. Then, we could have been 5110P-buddies. 
But I did not and we had not met in 2004. These two details are what I will regret in future.
So, which 2 models do we have?
An 8-3/4 year old Travel Time 5134P and the much older rare watch below.

Not a straight or flat surface in sight. Even the dial is....er....'bumpy'
The crown is, of course, very 'Kremlin'.

A bracelet in platinum will cost you an arm. Ask to your AD if it is possible.
I would suggest you to put your 5110 on a Nato strap. The outcome is surprising, and it will cost you almost nothing! Best, Nicolas.
