Hi 👋 All, The Tokyo Exhibition was memorable, enjoyable and meaningful !

 

In addition to having fun like a kid in a candy store and bonding with members at GTGs, we had a meaningful conversation with Thierry Stern and Jérôme Pernici (Commercial and Marketing Director).  Even with their busy schedule, they took the time to explain that they were disappointed and upset with a trusted and large AD partner that sold many double-sealed watches which were flipped at the Christie’s auction in Hong Kong on May 28th.  When they found out about this problem, Thierry sent out a “warning” letter on June 1st to the owners and/or top management of EVERY POS (point of sale or AD) via Patek’s distribution entities.  

Jérôme then suggested Thierry’s letter be posted on our forum and said that he would welcome additional (helpful and reasonable) suggestions to prevent future problems.

For me, other than terminating the license of the AD, the person(s) at the AD who allowed such bad behavior should be relieved of his/her position(s).  What other ideas do you have for Patek ?
