Fun Survey - Of all the “regular production” watches of the “modern era” which watch is your absolute favorite, either because you own it or would like to own it?

And what about it do you find so appealing?
By “regular production” watches I refer to watches that are not limited editions, one offs or application pieces. Ie, watches that at least theoretically one could/can buy if one had/has the desire, financial means and perhaps a good deal of patience.
By “modern era” I refer to 1985 to the present. Why? 1985 marks the end of 2499 and 3448/3450 and start of 3970 and 3940. Over 35 years there were only 349 2499s made and 586/244 of 3448/3450s. By contrast up to possibly 10x more 3970s in a shorter time period than 2499s and possibly up to 10x or more 3940s than 3448/3450.
So my choice is 5970 in any metal. Simply put for me, aesthetically, mechanically, in balance and size it just appeals to me beyond any logic or reason. Logically, with my small wrist the beautiful 3970 with its clear DNA of 2499, my all time favorite makes more sense. But after getting 5970 I basically stopped wearing my 3970. Why - who knows, just a fact.
So what is your favorite regular production Patek of the modern era and what do you find so appealing about it?
