For years I have been wearing a Patek for more that 50%
of my time.
In some watch shops they have noticed my watch but as far as I remember, nobody else has said a word. And I have been travelling round the world.
Now I remember: around 10 years ago in Italy a waitress showed "thumbs up" and pointed my watch. I had Nautilus 3710 on my wrist.

Even in Zürich - that is the biggest city here in Switzerland - My Calatrava is very much unnoticed. A bit more luck with the nautilus but best recognition - bragging value and compliments come to my Rolex Day Date :)

Except for watch dealers or salespeople. But there were several times when I noticed tube commuters wearing Pateks, I couldn't but approach them and stand close to take a good look at their beautiful babies. Perhaps many Patek nuts behave the same, so man...
