Both great, but 5960P is Patek (different league than Rolex), not just a chrono but a fly back chrono that can be run continuously, plus
a power reserve, plus an annual calendar. So for me no comparison. HOWEVER, which would I prefer to own if I could only own one, the Daytona. Just would prefer to wear it. Also Daytona has a storied history and a platinum Daytona is the ultimate. Plus pretty rare watch, relatively speaking. But the best option of all is to own both. Couldn’t be more different personality and looks wise. So great that you own both! Best Patekova

Daytona in steel is an icon but for me no serious competition. Not a hugh fan of 250gr of platinum on the wrist

Perfect chronograph combo
Daytona platinum for the day/beach and 5960P for the evening/dinner. If I had to choose only one, it would be the Patek - and use a swatch or nothing at all on the beach! Cheers!

Both chronos have their occasions where they are preferable over the other. Both are simply great!
