5110 for me
5110 for several reasons, here I will list a few:
- I like the 39mm size on 5130, but dislike that the center dial remained
the same and only the outer ring with cities changed
- 5110 - quilloche dial rocks ...the sunburst is not even lose to me in its looks
- had a chance to wear 5130 and as much as I originally loved the vintage hour hand,
it drove me nuts that I always had to take a double look when checking time 
- I have smaller wrist - and 5110 looks about perfect on me.
- I really like the 'alerady vintage classy look of 5110.....(of course 5130 could be even more so with
its vintage hand, but the out of proportion dial and larger size take away a bit of the vintage flavor for me.
- I am having a very interesting experience with my 5110:
You know how excited you are when you buy a new watch. It is always a very exciting day,
However, as time passes, naturally the excitement tappers off very slightly.
For whatever reason , I am finding myself liking 5110 now more 2 years after I bought it.
I just keep looking at it, and can't get enough of it's beauty. When 5131J first came out I really
liked it and really wanted one (and if I was going to get it, 5110 would have to go).
As rare and sought after 5131J is - strangely - I could not give up my 5110J to get one. Go figure 
Of all the watches I have ever owned - I catch myself staring at my wrist with 5110 on it for sure the most.
In the end both of them - 5110 and 5130 are beautiful !

5110 without hesitation, because ...
of the Guillochage. The Sunburst Dial doesn´t do it for me. Only the feeling of the pusher kept me away (so far) to get one. It was my first impression when I handled it and still can´t forget it. Always have to try it, when I get one in my hands ... :-( ...

5130 for me
to start, the extra 2 mm is very important to me ! Concerning the dial, I'm not a big fan of guilloché dials and I love the hour hand of the 5130
5110 for the more beautiful dial, IMHO
...plus, I like to travel "light"... I assume the 5110 weighs in at a bit less than the 5130 :^)

If you compare a 5110P to a 5130G or R, the platinum makes the 5110 a bit heavier... But when you love, you don't count... the weight! Best, Nicolas

I love all the Patek Worldtimers, especially because they have the 240 caliber movement which exhibits a very high degree of finishing. However, in different metals, I prefer different world timers... Yellow gold; I've only seen it in the 5110 and not 513...

i prefer it due to its size and most of all the hands. while we're on the subject, does anybody else find that the 5110 makes a "clunky" noise when the button is pressed and consequently makes the feel a bit "cheap"?...or have i just been unlucky whenever...

Thanks for describing it. The "sunburst" dial and the less cluttered dial make the watch feel "lighter". In WG/PT it has a nice, April-spring-breeze taste to it, think of how the air smells in Airolo once you have made the journey over the Gotthard pass. ...

The sunburst could also be on a modern mid-market watch (think: Mont Blanc etc). But I am growing fonder and fonder of the 5130, contrary to my initial stance.
The other " issue " on the 5130 is that the dial size is te same than the 5110.
But the case is 2, 5 mm bigger! That is the most important " issue " for me. But it is just me. If you feel happy with the 5130, that is the most important. Best, Nicolas

The major problem of the 5130 or 31 is that the case got 2, 5 mm extra millimeters, but the size of the dial remains the same... Which creates a less harmonious view on the overall watch, I think. But this enamel dial is really something! Best, Nicolas.

Among all the current options, 5110 remains the most harmonious and beautiful one for me. My strong preference is, however, the platin version with silvery blue central dial.
