The 36mm version of this watch was my first “higher end” mechanical.
I wore it as my only watch for several years but ultimately sold it as the 36mm size, incl. bezel, didn’t look quite right, esp. with the full-sized HEV protrusion. That being said it had a reliable ETA 2892 inside a thin, comfortable case with a timing b...

Which i eventually found too big. If I had bought the 38mm, I’d also likely still have it. It’s definitely getting a lot of wrist time. Comfort is a great draw these days and the slim profile and Bond bracelet makes it a go to watch
Makes sense — I also think I’d find the 41mm AT too big, but the 38mm just right.
I had an IWC Mark XV which I also (stupidly) let go which, at 38mm, wore perfectly.
