That can be true but during the diving the crown is well protected. Not to mention the crystal which is significantly stronger most tool watches of the time.

The originals all beat up look magnificent and would love one for my collection one day. In general I don't mind when brands re-make historical pieces but IMO vintage is the only way to go when considering a Ploprof.
