Yes, earlier 2782s also had the printed logo but later ones (late 13 mill and 14 mill serials) tended to have the applied Omega logo. Cheers Desmond

Note that yours has a full guilloche (sp) dial; mine is 3/4.

Hi, Needless to say you have a black beauty there. It seems from the pic (and I could definitely be wrong on this) that you might not have the right tension ring on your crystal (or even no ring). I believe the crystal should have a gold toned, not a silv...

I guess, ultimately, its a matter of personal preference, but in my experience the tension ring is usually the same colour as the case metal. E.g. chrome or rhodium colour with stainless. gold colour with gold or gold cap. I imagine over the years quite a...

Spoke with a senior watch dealer who has sold a fair number of NOS and like NOS Constellations and he very firmly stated that the Constellations always came with tension rings matching the hand and applied numbers, not the case material. I agree! Crowngua...

Crownguard, based on my little experience and exposure, regarding Omega Constellation watches, I reckon the tension-ring follows the color of the bezel. I have with me an Omega Constellation 'C' series, with a combination of 18k pink and 18k white gold. I... 

The Markers and the hands are white-- then so should the tension ring. I sent an email to Omega, tonight, asking about the tension ring color. I haven't heard back yet, but when and if I do I will share the answer with the forum members

Crownguard, with respect to your opinion, I reckon generally the tension-ring matches the color of the case, like what the experts have said. As for my watch, it is a little unusual since the bezel is white. As a result of which, the tension-ring matches ...
