Just noticed you may have been asking for an assessment . . .
. . . of your Seamaster. My hunch is it's a ref 165.001. If so, then it's either one of the last made, or more likely, been serviced by Omega and given a service dial and hands.
I don't believe the dial has been refinished. It is a bit odd, but the most likely explanation is it was fitted during service by Omega, or a watchmaker that had an Omega parts account.
Can you take the back off to share photos of the inner caseback and movement?
