Basically just the date of production and where it was shipped to, it's an expensive piece of paper (I think 120CHF last time I ordered) but its a nice treat to have along with your timepiece.

Better check to see the condition of the movement and make sure there’s no battery leakage.

I had the battery replaced by a trusted watch repair company and it is running beautifully. However I will take it back to them to open the case back so I can photograph the movement and the case back to garner further information that you say is there. I...
