I am edging towards
the dial being a well done repaint. The font of "omega" is too thick, the minute hash marks are a bit too far from the five minute markers and the subdial markings are bit off. Would want to see a face on high resolution picture to consider it a bit more.

These are really beautiful watches! Especially the referenced watch in the second photo. The thin blue seconds hand and seconds markers really contrast nicely. And I'm always a sucker for those larger more robust looking lugs.
