hi Paul
its not unusual for trench watches not to have the brand on the dial, especially now as they may well have been cleaned off as Erich suggested or might not have been there at all. the dial is possibly a replacement. its a very old watch so not uncommon to see. the crowns wouldnt have been marked with the Omega symbol. minute hand is a replacement, again, not uncommon as its 90 years old. you could probably get a new set fairly easily.
movement calibres arent my strong point, but it looks like a very nice piece. i would look out for a Bund style strap with a wider bit under the watch as a 14mm strap looks a bit thin on a blokes wrist.
i used to have a lot of trench watches as i collected only military watches for quite some time. they were all pocket watch movements and effectively cases with lugs on. this would have been a ladies movement. a very simple way of getting wristwatches to the army.
enjoy it

Hi, An unmarked crown was common at that time. Have a close inspection and see if there are traces of silver on the winding crown - might have rubbed off over the time. The dial may be original to the watch. The word "Omega" could have been "lost" by clea...

Hi Paul, I have looked up the movement in the "Journey" and it seems to be a Cal. 12´´´S from the bridges layout. Without any hint on the diameter I can only guess - in relation to the lugs the size of this Cal. could match. Most likely a converted pocket...
