Omega

An unmarked crown...

Hi,

An unmarked crown was common at that time. Have a close inspection and see if there are traces of silver on

the winding crown - might have rubbed off over the time.

The dial may be original to the watch. The word "Omega" could have been "lost" by cleaning the dial unproperly.

As it is a porcelain dial the cleaning did not effect the rest of the dial - this could be an explanation.

Concerning the movement: if you have the book Journey Through Time you will find the cal. by comparison with the movement pics -

I am  confident.

The minute hand is most likely the replaced part - the hour hand looks period original
