Hi, Nathan. It's my sense the dial is refinished, and the hands are mismatched replacements as well. Not sure . . .
. . . of the reference number, but it appears to be a jumbo ca mid-'50s. Can you take photos of the inner caseback and movement?
Finding a correct original dial will prove difficult; there's little point in looking for hands before correcting the dial.
If you just acquired it under the impression it's wholly original and correct, I'd be inclined to return it.

There were no jumbo rg references to the best of my knowledge . . .
. . . so doubtful. I have seen rg's fitted to cases they didn't belong in, usually the result of a scrapped case resulting in an extraneous movement that consequently found its way into a watch that required a replacement. Art
