Omega

Despite the mishap above, I'd still like to congratulate you...

...on this beautiful watch bought. I think, with the Hour Vision, Omega is doing something that is innovative and understated but not too plain at the same time. Personally I would have settled with the normal calendar version because I cannot justify the extra money for your model nor do I have use for an annual calendar. I have this habit of wearing a watch for a month or two, put it in the safe for a couple more months while other watches are rotated out for wear.

I'm sure there are others who would like to share your joy on this purchase. But they might have been discouraged by your incidence above with Hans. Frankly, I fear I may get the same treatment too! It's not like we didn't have previous issues in that regard. Let's just say I want to try and be friendly with you this one last time and if you really cannot bear me then I'll know not to comment on your future threads. I did want to comment on your Aqua Terra GMT (positively, of course) but I don't log in here every day and by the time I did the thread was already locked.

Perhaps, if you take the above advices of Dr. No or Graham seriously, you will find that disagreement does not equate hostility and that you do have the potential and the resources contribute much more to this community. Thanks for hearing me out.
