Why are you rewarding such boorish, self-centred behavior with such generosity?
As you have acquired the dial (assume legally), you are free to do with it as you wish.
A. You can frame it for posterity.
B. You can use it in any of your other watches (assume without fraudalent gain).
C. You can even destroy it......well.....let's say to preserve the rarity of this model and the fortunes of ALL vintage collectors.
Yet you offer the dial to your main accuser.......you Sir.....are a better man than most. (assume you are male - diffcult to guess from Internet or false girls' names)
Then again, because the dial is yours to do as you wish.....that is your prerogative.
