Not sure about the new 'eco-friendly' trend in horology: I am all for sustainability but a very small object (not in precious metal) that is due to last for 100 years does not strike me as something that really begs for becoming more sustainable. Sustaina... 

I've been selling myself that innovation it's inevitable, for quite sometime already. Still and all, I think I'm at the point of no return, when it comes to the recent Panerai production. The models I wouldn't buy with the fatidical...gun at my back...way... 

Hi Nicolas, I can't seem to find it either... actually I've noticed its absence for a few weeks now. The 422, however, seems to have been listed twice! Anyway, hope you've been well my friend... Kamy

Btw, the 372 is no longer on the U.S. site... which could be a sign of its' impending discontinuation! Luckily it's still available on non-U.S. sites... in case you finally decide to pull the trigger Take care my friend... Kamy

out of production. The manageress of the San Giovanni boutique, in Florence (the historical one), confirmed it to me only yesterday. She told me she has but 1 piece "leftover" in the shop. There could be others unsold in some other boutiques, but it will ... 

at the moment about a possible "substitute".

However, both are still up on the Canadian site and just to satisfy my curiosity, I just checked the Italian site and the 372 is still there but not the 557.

I had the same feeling especially on the first introduction of the eco line. What change can a watch do I ask myself. According to another interview with Panerai/interview with JMP they do donate as well money in sustainability and the sponsoring of the e... 

but, and it's a big BUT for me, the "dough" can be earned in many different ways, after more than 20 years of....learning. Many a big company, has folded into oblivion because they forgot what...core business...means. Diversification is only..1 way..of ge...
