It is ridiculous indeed. Had the sam experience with AP though when my Extra Thin Royal Oak turned out to be a DOA. Got a standard service letter with it when it was returned. That also pissed me off. Things can break down. Shit happens. But acknowledge the customer and inform him. But AP did know how to ship the watch though....(this is insane...who packed it? A pizza delivery boy??)
