But you knew that you devil! I for one developed a strog desire for this red reading your post on my cell phone over late breakfast - imagine how I will feel once your wonderful pictures are on a bigger screen!! You devil!

One feel as if really a part of the trip. Thank you for the pictorial report. I have yet to see the red in person. It is not among my "to buy" list but my appreciation for the watch has increased now that I see it in real world settings. Ruckdee

You will see that the Red of the dial is really special. I worked a lot on trying to get the more ' faithful " color, it is not evident. It is a watch to taste in the reality to fully love it. But be warned, this is a dangerous experience. Best! Nicolas.

I was scrolling down and reading your post and thinking oooh that is the best picture than another came so I thought again no no that ONE is the best and so forth till I came to the end of a post I realized I'm crying :) The pictures are just amazing pure...

I was looking forward to your review of the Red Reverso but it was better than I expected. It was not a standard review from an expected setting. You did a terrific job in capturing the real spirit of the watch in various fantastic settings that reveal it...

This is one of your best, if not THE best, photo shoots. I especially like the lobster and spaghetti shot. Jerome Lambert is no doubt shaking his head as he wipes off the Reverso. But I think the Red looks its best with the vintage cars. I appreciate your...

Thanks Nicolas for the great review. Love the Rouge pairing with vintage cars. It definitely conjures up that passion I had for the Rouge and makes me ponder once again :) Think it looks great on you, we'll be seeing it in your collection in the near futu...

And thanks for this awesome post :-D When purchasing a watch I am more conservative when choosing the colour of the dial. Although this red Reverso is stunning, I would opt for regular white or cream coloured dial and change the straps occasionally making...

To be frank I' d say it is nice on your wrist but it looks simply fabulous when worn by your wife. I also feel that the watch comes out better when not competing with other red colors. This is such a nice, special red veering towards the magenta/ purple a... 

AND to give you a better idea of the natural and teue color of the dial. I must admit that I was puzzled when I saw the Red on my wife's wrist... Her too, by the way! ;) Best, Nicolas

I think I can say I didn't at all see the even smaller part of the full potential this watch has: pleasure, legacy, uniqueness etc ... I was thinking about it when I went down the review: this Red one is indeed a life style on its own. I appreciate what t...

The watch is very nice and your report highlights its beauty. But I would have two personal issues with it. The first one is the strap. Once I buy a watch, I remove the black strap. i don't like black straps... But finding an alternative colour here is no... 

I'm not a big fan of black straps either, but, as you rightly note, black is indeed the best colour for the Reverso Rouge. I really did try to find another strap for it, but, at best, it would have been black stingray... I haven't actually worn my Rouge y... 

Hi Fr-X As you know I am in Paris and took the opportunity to see this watch in the metal and I am personally convienced that it would work as a casual watch (but not on the original strap). I think that dark brown or grey could work (suede?) or even blac... 

We are used to have this issue with JLC watches, so we are also used to find the solution. An ostrich strap, or a light tan calf would do the job in a really nice way. A Cordovan would be sublime, too. As for the dress code, va white linen shirt is the be... 

...

You need to see it in the flesh, Marcus. The REd of the dial is not too shiny, and has a very nice vintage look. So you can wear it more often than you think. That was one point I wanted to check, indeed. ;) Best, Nicolas

I am going to keep the wife away from your post! We were on the list here with BHB and had to pass due to other commitments however, the red keeps haunting her (of course you know we have the Black TTR US). Very festive and chic and elegant..all the key w...

Hi Nico, This is a very charming and unusual Reverso. Last time we met, I had the opportunity to put it at my wrist and I wasn't disappointed. I didn't know that you are found of speed. You should try my car (o to 100km/h in 4,5 s, it pushes quite hard) a... 

I have laways been nut with cars, this is just that I tried ( in vain ) to control this madness... As for the watch, it was a superb summer companion. Maybe one day I will turn the dream into reality? Best, Nicolas

... Messages, mails and Forum posts I couldn t read during my holiday trip. Among these not read posts, I find this fantastic report on the rouge Reverso. You know, I got my own rouge just three weeks ago. I wrote my own short report in the JLC sub forum ... 

The Reverso Red is very tough to take in picture, work on the angles, and you will see that all changes, in a deep way. The more I think about it, the more I am convinced that it is the watch of the year 2012. Enjoy yours! Un fuerte abrazo. Nicolas.
